Making a purchase is simple. Browse our on ice website, choose the rink you’d like to visit, and click on any booking link. Select the ice skating session you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you’ve made your selections, proceed to checkout, where you’ll need to provide some necessary information to complete your order. Please be aware that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we can’t fulfill your order, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. If a session is out of stock, you won’t be able to order it on the website. Your order is accepted once payment is made for the session.

We reserve the right to decline your order if there’s a pricing error or if payment authorization fails. Once we accept your order, a legally binding contract is formed. The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, all inclusive, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. Our prices are in € Euro for the ice rinks in Ireland and £ Pounds for the ice rinks in the UK. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the time sessions are available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable time sessions and we will inform you as soon as possible if the time sessions you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order, the time sessions you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you. There will be some times when your access to the websites is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. We stand over everything we sell in terms of times and availability of ice skating sessions and the security of your order. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the event team for a variety of reasons. Contact info@bluemartinigroup.com unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular ice skating session times, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered ice skating session times at any rescheduled time (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled time or the ice skating session times are not rescheduled, a refund is given. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original ice skating session times will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per-ticket booking fee. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we may set refund limitations. In order to claim your refund on a cancelled or rescheduled event, please apply in writing to our email. You must enclose your unused tickets. We regret that, unless the paragraph above applies, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. For further information and assistance please contact our email. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your ticket unless the product is known to be defective and you are returning. e is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. Please check the expiry date and other conditions on third-party tickets, as issued by Living Social and others, before travelling to the rink as we cannot offer refunds. Vouchers, promotional and third-party tickets are subject to availability on the day and sessions may not be reserved in advance with them unless otherwise agreed.

The website may withdraw any part of the website or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made you can join the session but you will not be given additional ice time and admission cannot always be guaranteed. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any terms and conditions of the event. The venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via the email. Please include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with an order number where appropriate. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. We reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
